To make room for the new toy?

BMK 12-02-2011 12:55 AM

Just sold my Mustang convertible as I was not using it that much. About four or five-times since I have had it.

Then looked at the GT40 and again I can count how many times I have used it this year on one hand as they say...

Yes a new toy coming. And may even look at an updated fast RA aircraft - Lancair etc.

Say it ain't so Bernie!

BT SNAKE 12-02-2011 09:47 AM

If anyone wants a GT 40 that's been looked after and updated
to the max then this is the one. If you like red ;)
I saw Bernie's GT when I was there last and it is well built
With all the quality bits.
Bernie, I know what the new toy is and I must say it is most
Definetly you. My GT is part of the family, I just couldn't sell
her.

Hersh:)

Clois

I looked at it during the week and thought I am just not using it.

Hope all is good there. I will be over next year so may catch up there - maybe Mid America?

Hersh

Thanks for the comments on the GT40.

I have done a lot of work on the GT40 during the last 12 months. Now has stripes and lots of new bits.

But as I said a new project makes you wonder if you need more in the garage. Especially when you consider how often it is used.

I have convinced the Boss that two new projects will see two go!!!

I could look at that engine bay all day Bernie, you will did a stella job of it. You should be proud.

Yeah, if you are not using it, best it go to a new home.

BMK 12-03-2011 09:42 AM

Thanks Craig.

Yes made the effort and took it out yesterday. Guess with everything happening with the set up and opening of the new Portland, Victoria business I have been pre occupied!!

Maybe I just need to make time!!

It is the first year that has slipped past without catching up with my US friends. Not to mention the year has just flown..

Anyway it is there in the garage if anyone wants it. If not it just stays there up on the hoist..
