Great Service Should be Recognised


Anyone who has built or modified a car knows all too well that the automotive industry is not overflowing with great customer service. It is really important in my view that we sing the praises of those who do deliver.
As some of you maybe aware my dad, brother and I have bulit our Cobra over the last 12 or 13 years and tried to do as much as possible ourselves. One day I'll write a book or a blog about our journey but for today here is a great story.

Our first drive of the Cobra will be this Friday at Wakefield so to celebrate the milestone the 3 of us bought race suits and gloves. We researched and called many people but the best works out of a home office in Turrumurra.
Not only did we get a great deal but his communication was outstanding and the lengths he went to in talking to Sparco and other manufacturers to ensure we got the right product was amazing. He even personally drove from Turramurra to Sparco at Emu Plains to check & pick up the product then on to me at Hornsby today to ensure we had it in time for the big day - he didnt want to leave it in the hands of anyone else to stuff it up....
