Yes its the same DAVE TUCKER spruking on the gt40 site.
its so unbelievable that this man can keep going on in bussiness. Now he is talking carbon fibre chassis's . He couldnt even weld up a steel one correctly,Diff mounts not centered, front ends 35 mm to far back,out of square , out of level , front end mounte to high in the chassis, so on and so on. I just hope Doug knows what he is getting himself into,. I heard spirit floats want to start a class action on him. Apparently Colin got ripped for a couple of hundred big ones. As i said . BEWARE. |
I might put some pics up but they cannot be aligned with DAVE TUCKER of VENOM MORORSPORTS of PAKENHAM in VICTORIA cause by now i have redone or turfed out what little he did do on my chassis. or i lost the parts on the drive home when they broke off and went to never never land.

Has anyone ever made a legal claim against this guy? Or reported him to consumer authorities?

I heard on the grapevine that covers all of australia that Mr Tucker is not happy with me,
He tells everyone he is going to sue everyone on here for defamation,(mainly me ) Good luck Mr ****er as i have not heard of anyone yet to be prosecuted for telling the truth. I picked my BITS up last april and left Robs car as a roller, Rob still hasnt got his car, Another person has given Dave ****er nearly 20 big ones for a cobra roller and a GT40 roller, No show for the dough for either of them, Rob"s is 3 years of waiting, SA, probably 2 yrs waiting (nothing to show for it except a body shell 0 I hear he is supposed to be welding up chassis's but he doesnt turn up for work till late and then leaves early any way. i suppose you can be late twice in one day. i wonder who the new gereration of suckers are that own all these new chassis's . And i heard the new partner is a little pissed with Mr ****er, I wonder why? |
Stan, you could however, run some risk of defamation and the costs associated with some pro-bono lawyer. In each state there are consumer authorities and existing contract (we have a 'contract' with the builder/supplier) law that could be used against this guy. I wonder why no one has done this?

David Tucker
Anyone know the whereabouts of David Tucker, been chasing him for years for $3k from an unfinished project.Tried all channels, So now with being diagnosed with cancer I figure got nothing much to loose , Ive got a decent heavy truck all I need is an address.

Hi All,
In regards to Doug Pearce, He is in no way in partnership with Dave Tucker, Doug is still doing his own work,just in the same building as Tucker. He has spoken to Tucker about money owed to various people but that is all he can do, talk to him, Doug has nothing to do with the way Tucker runs his bussiness so blaming Doug for Tuckers stuffups or ripoffs is not the way to go. As for the cobra moulds, They are Dougs,not Tuckers As i have said before , If you are owed money by Tucker, there is a right way and a wrong way of going about to get it,Hounding Doug to get it for you is not the way. Doug is the type of person who will help anyone out but it is not his job to collect monies owing from Tucker Im sure you all know where Tuckers factory is so maybe a visit personally will make you see that Tucker has not got any money to give back. All he has is some tools and a few bits of machinery. But certainly no moulds . Stan |

Why shell out for something up front without a binding contract or something on a trailer you can take home after paying for!! Most of you came here asked about the kits or sat in the background reading about all that has gone on with tucker and then shelled out wads of cash!!! Buyer be where!!! .... Due diligence!! I hate the fact you guys have lost or are owed cash...how about doing something about it!!! I sure and hell wouldn't be bleeting about it on here hoping somebody will do it for me....if you have proof of the debt you can get your money!!!...without anything illegal!!!.... All I will say..."look outside of the box" and you'll have your $$$$ without any angst at all!!! Just as a good chartered accountant can find every thing your entitled too there are individuals who can do the same with debt!!! ....you want your cash as much as you want to whine about it spend a bit of time and find them!!! M2CW THIS HAS BEEN BOUGHT TO YOU AS PART OF OZ's 2013 NYE RESOLUTION!!!! |
