I haven’t been on this forum in ages due to work, family and life in general I still have my Cobra but it is lucky to get 100km put on each year. I am selling the following all brand new (still in box) from Mal Wood for $4,700 T56 GTO 6 speed box for LS motor Bell housing Short throw shifter moved to centre position Thrust Bearing Alloy fly wheel Heavy duty clutch and pressure plate Remote bleed kit Cheers |

I did receive your email To guage the value of your items please refer to this ebay item id 121066541606 described as a Shelby AC Cobra Replica, This roller was listed in February 2013 with a starting price of $14k. It was located in Victoria. I valued this project at $19k. The item did not sell and the merchant listed the items separately and he wanted for the L76 crate engine at $4700,Tremec T56-6000 at $2400 and the clutch pack. at $500 and they were all new. Sorry I don’t remember sending you an email, regarding the eBay listing you mention I cannot access it and I would assume for $2400 the gearbox did not have the new shifter purchased and installed in the centre position I am open to sensible offers on individual components. Cheers |

The email sent was by the clubcobra administrator which generates a automatic response to any thread posted.
The ebay listing quoted is more than 90 days old and this is the reason why you could not access the information. I have listed two scan documents which might be upside down with pencil comments relating to the ebay listing as mentioned. Ebay fees are high and to list the item would be around $20 for 28 day duration and the Final Selling Fee of 8% is charged and the cost should be capped at a maximum of $100. Depending on the circumstances you might have better luck using this forum I bought a set of BRM wheels(see my photo gallery) and these were advertised on this forum from albanycobra. Ebay is renowned for lowballers etc! |
