Push connect Flaring tool
Hi
I need to make some push connect fittings to my fuel lines. Anyone in melbourne interested in helping with a flaring tool for a slab?

Why do you need to make them? Just flare and use an or compression fittings.

Agree.
I wouldn't use any factory quick connect fitting.

Certainly not the plastic females, seen too many failures.

I recently had a dud plastic connection at the fuel tank (pump) in the boot, took a while to find the source of vapours until it really let go. What are the alternatives?

Russell make an alloy one with an oring and a screw in locking sleeve. That's what I used.
I then just flared all the hard line and used tube nuts.
