Yes they can be registered....with a few extra "bits"...
Wheel guards...lights...indicators etc.

Craig has an updated version in his Absolute Pace workshop at the moment, almost ready for rego.

Sambo, we have quite a few street registered ones around. The early cars like in the photos we heavily modified units purchased from RCR. These are actually the generation 1 cars.

We now build our own version called the Skeleton due to it's popularity. What is essentially generation 3.

The Skeleton runs an east-west mid-mounted Chev V8, aluminium chassis, CNC billet aluminium suspension and all new body work.

Most of the street registered cars have been generation 2 cars.

Sounds brutal Craig. Do you have any photos of the Skeleton?

Jeez Gav
Is it really that complicated and hard driving your Cobra !!?
I mean ....it is an Auto AND you need Sat Nav as well to tell you where to go ?

Gav 12-06-2013 02:07 AM

There is nothing too complicated about my car Rog'
Driver included.

Notice you didn't say it was slow though... :)

Rog246 12-06-2013 02:33 PM

WELL that explains everything then :3DSMILE:

Towmaster 12-07-2013 07:04 AM

I can say its slow.....
Told you that you back off too early down the front strait!
I can't believe how relaxed you look, no sawing of the wheel to try and keep it on the track... What lap time was that?
At least shift it up manually.....
Nice driving mate!

Gav 12-07-2013 01:13 PM

It is a high 1:08 I think.
Yep you are right, backed off way too early, it looks obvious from the footage but it doesn't feel that way I give the tip.
When I am a big boy like uncle Ash I will hold it flat through the kink :)

Towmaster 12-08-2013 04:30 AM

I think you meant to say 'hold it flat thru the kink like Madison', I know I surely don't.

Ron61 12-08-2013 07:34 AM

Baz,

Those are great pictures and you sure have some great looking cars there. Now if you just had our snow and ice as a background.

Ron ;)

David Hodgson 12-08-2013 03:53 PM

Don't worry Ron, it gets that cold and miserable there sometimes that I'm sure we'll see snow one day.
