All Ford day
I won't be there till lunch so I may miss you had 28 Cobras there one year

I went to the All ford Day at 9am, there were three Cobras there from the Melbourne club and two from the Victorian club had travelled down with the Ford coupe Club. I only stayed for around an hour. Parked the Cobra in the side public car park not out in the display area. The display area was full of late model Falcons and few XW and XY GT Falcons that were professionally displayed. Club displays featured a variety of 70's Cobra coupes, Gt and GS sedans. Plenty of Mustangs right up to the latest models. Missing were the big number of Cobras and GT40 from previous years. The early Ford car clubs and Street Rod clubs also don't turn up anymore. I counted about 30 Street Rods - the majority from the Geelong a street rod club. Very few 40's , 50's, Fords. But as I said hundreds of late model mint Fords. |
