Engine is a new / recon 351 Windsor
bought as a long motor as a package with the car. sump, intake, rocker covers bolted on by AP rocker cover were removed before delivery, (I have bolted on some others for now), I am not sure what internal preparation AP have done, all holes and openings have been sealed since It was installed and coupled up to trans in the engine bay, it has never had oil in it.
The lower intake had to be removed. it all looked very clean and lubed up under there. I have sealed that area with tape and plastic to stop any moisture and dirt.
It has been in my garage since August last year
