sticker required for adr

hi guys does anyone have a sticker or plaque that states
this vehicle has not been tested to Australian design rules 69/00 full frontal impact occupant protection .72/00dynamic side impact occupant protection,73/00offset frontal impact protection ,or the electronic stability requirements of 31/02 brake systems for passenger cars
it may not provide the level of safety which a vehicle fitted with these mandatory active/passive systems can offer
as I need to take a photo with this fitted

This is the laughable sticker I think you want.

Some real arse covering 101 in these statements!

Only photo I have and it's not quite sharp but hope it helps.

Rob just type it on your computer and print it out. Stick it on and move on.

Sorry just re-read your blurb and it seems the powers that be have added the electronic stability words for brake systems.

Mine was engineered in 2007.

slowly
I copied & pasted it to a sticker place & they reused your pic then added the new electronic bla bla bla sent it as a jpeg to main roads & & was accepted
they didn't even want a pic of it on the dash
thanks again

Rob

All good then.

I can't recall where I was told to place the sticker after engineering. Clearly it never got there and Vicroads typically was only wanting to check matching numbers and get my cash at the rego stage.

Istill plan though to stick it to the inside of the dash access door so that passengers can read the warning with the dash opened.....and have a laugh or cry as they see fit!

Cheers

I was told it had to be on the glove box lid or in direct frontal view of the passenger
so in the glove box it goes

In NSW the rules is:

The vehicle is exempted from crash-test requirements of ADR 69/00. A label warning passengers that the vehicle has not been crash tested must be affixed on the dashboard in front of the passenger seat. The label should state:
‘This vehicle has not been tested to Australian Design Rule No. 69/00 Full Frontal Impact Occupant Protection, ADR No. 72/00 Dynamic Side Impact Occupant Protection, and ADR No. 73/00 Offset Front Impact Protection. The vehicle may not provide the level of occupant protection required by the Rules.’
