Peter, thank you for the compliments on the cars.
We have one PACE 427 that has passed rego inspection and more going through at the moment.
We left no stone un-turned in the development, engineering and construction of the PACE 427. And this includes safety. I don't believe our registration process is thorough enough or the requirements as extensive as they should be. So we have gone much further safety wise than what is required by our registration requirements.
If you are in NSW you can just contact the engineer the club recommends as he is familiar with the PACE 427 product. If not in NSW, just contact us via email and we can put you in touch with engineers that are familiar with the product.

Unless they have 11 jigs I reckon it could be a long shot. Oct is a long month though :)

Ahh TR but you forget -- we move pretty quickly up here in Godzone, even allowing for the fact that we have the luxury of sleeping in for an extra hour at this time of year!

I could have it wrong, but I believe build numbers are being created and allocated when a deposit is taken, that number is locked to that car and owner, but the chassis and body are not being made until owner supplies full funds or advises Pace that they are ready to go ahead for full payment?
I could have it wrong but believe Craig could shed some light on how it works.
As I don't think they are coming out in number order.

Some of our customers place orders but request a longer lead time, say if they are waiting for a shed to be built etc. So that is how we have some earlier chassis numbers mixed with later ones. But eventually all the chassis numbers get built.
We have typically have about 10 or more kits under construction at any one time as they go through the different stages to completion.

As above. My chassis number is 39 but I requested that I didn't receive my kit till January 2015 so house renovations could be completed. Now the house is done, I can receive my car anytime!!!!!!!!!:):):) But I better keep the January delivery date, keep the boss off my back!!

I had to earn mine because I have built quite a few cars and it was time for her to have the house stuff(kitchen, bathrooms, painting etc) for a change. She's as keen as to get back into a Cobra though! The Mustangs, Capris and other cars we have owned never quite did it for her.
