Must have been a tough day with mixed emotions. I hope family and friends were able to share some happy memories.

So sorry for your loss Deano. I lost my mum suddenly last October (emphysema - lungs basically stopped working...damn cigarettes), and my wife lost her dad in July. We didn't have a good year.

May you cherish her for the difference she made in this world, and the love, happiness, guidance and support she gave you. She might not be 'around' any more, but she will never leave you.

well it just gets better my father who I haven't seen in over 45 yrs passed away on the 10th of this month a family friend phoned me to break the news. no great loss to society tho the man was a wife beater and a thug in life generally from what I hear . that officially makes me a orphan now hopefully the year can only get better from now on .
