When we finally tore ourselves away from the masses of loveliness in the carpark on our first day there, we passed through the gates and the first car we saw was a 250 parked casually by the side of the road. Peter would have been in heaven. The Daytona Coupes looked good out there, I particularly like the unrestored one.
What happen to Troy Corser and the other 'works' BMW bike, they didn't even appear in practice? I wonder if they were very naughty boys and didn't get through scrutineering? |
Just arrived home - in full recovery mode having talked all day to 'Cobra people' and walked forever! In serious need of red grape juice.....
