Absolute Pace at the 2015 Cobra Nationals ( 2nd., 3rd. and 4th. of October.)

Once again, we are very proud to be asked to be the major sponsor of this excellent event.
We would love to see as many of our customers and potential customers…in fact anyone and everyone who would like to come and see any of the products we have on display.
Everyone is most welcome to visit.
As well as a display of many of our specialized parts, and cars under construction, there will be a number of registered cars on the track, and on show in our display area.
We are located in the first few garages along Pit wall…so we won’t be hard to find.

Here’s a link to show you just some of “What’s New” at our factory...

I know this is very "self promotional"...but thought I'd drop in here some of the information/pics/videos etc., from our involvement in the Nationals.

Obviously we're using this package to promote our products to any sales enquiries we have, and of course,I know it's basically only OUR cars in this following "blurb", but thought many of you might like to check it out.

Hope you like the pics and videos.

The Cobra Nationals is an important event, which is held on the Labour Day weekend in October every year.

Absolute Pace has offered to continue as the Cobra National’s major sponsor ,
and below are some links to the photos and videos from the 2015 event.

Although there were plenty of beautiful cars at the Nationals, the following links are mainly to highlight the Absolute Pace product…
(I’m sure you’ll understand )

We felt that the 2015 Cobra Nationals were a great success for our brand.

We had four Pace427’s attend the Cobra Nationals this year.

Not only were we very proud to see the fastest ever recorded lap time for a street registered Cobra, (1m 04.9 secs.),
achieved by John White in one of our Pace427 Cobra replicas, but we also saw John go on to win the prestigious “King Cobra” award.

This is an award to the driver/car that achieves the overall cumulated points, allocated to each of the events, and includes all of the street registered Cobras entered.

Understandably, to win this award, the driver must maintain a consistency, but just as important is that the vehicle must be very reliable, and the Pace 427 came through with flying colours.

Although John is a very capable driver, without the reliability and performance of the car, the ability to win this award becomes an impossibility.

It’s very hard to achieve such consistent results in all of the various events, as they are not only a test of straight line performance, but also all of the turning/stopping/handling that is needed to do well.
In fact, John managed to win overall the Hill Climb, Drags, the Hot Lap, and the Sprints which is further testament to the complete performance capability of the product

Added to these achievements, we were thrilled to also see the Pace427 rate so highly in the “Show and Shine”, where two of our unpainted cars took out 3rd. and 4th. place.

This is a remarkable outcome, and proved to us that our quality of our Pace427 bodies was highly regarded by all 5 judges.

So understandably, the team at Absolute Pace couldn’t be happier with the results, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s event.

Cheers,
Warren

A visit to the factory is worth 1000 websites.

Huge congratulations to Craig and the team at Pace. To have a vision which has been executed so well with such popularity in what is a difficult market and challenging times.

To have unpainted cars place 3rd and 4th in show and shine is remarkable, unpainted.... seriously!. Aside from an alloy bodied Kirkham, this just does not exist anywhere on this planet for a cobra.

With the fall of the AUD, I can see the export trade division at Pace exploring opportunities for global expansion. Coming to a country near you......soon.

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy I am building a Pace!!:D
