B&M Ripper Shifter

Have a B&M ripper shifter (around 2000 vintage) fitted to Tremec TKO (model TR 3550). Shifter cup/yolk is worn and shifter is sloppy. Does anyone know if parts are available to rebuild shifter. Have not been able to find anything on the net....not sure if supported anymore? Throw away and replace with new one? Thanks, Jim.
