i have quad 44 mm idf webers on my 347,does anybody have an opinion about where/what rpm the engine would slow/stop reving and makeing power??

Depends on the cam. Give us the specs. and we can get pretty close.

Lots more details would make the guesses closer to the mark.

Cylinder head flow numbers, valvetrain specs (Rocker ratio, valve spring pressure), exhaust header diameter and length, exhaust system diameter, ignition system, ram tube length, compression.

ok here is what i know:int 298 @.600.309 @.700,exh 200 @.600,209@. 700,rocker ratio 1.6, 1 3/4 headers 4 into 1,40inches long,duel 2.5 inch pipes ,accel dizzy,crane ps91 coil ,hi 6 box,no ram tubes (k&n filters)comp 10.18.1
