Reptyl - jeez, that's pretty harsh. Normally it takes people at least a few weeks to work out that I'm a w@nker, but you've picked me out straight away :JEKYLHYDE I'd come up with a cutting reply, but I can't help but like people on this site that are still using FORD engines.
Too many LS1s and Lexus motors around here........ Surely someone's going to take the bait! ;) :p |
Hi Jason, long time no see. We are starting to make some inroads with the big block at Dougs. Should be on the road in about 9 months with a bit of luck!
Andy. P.S. Mike, i get the XR8 on Monday. Email me if you want to go for a ride. |

Surely someone's going to take the bait! No ones going to take your bait, they're all to silly to realise your having a go at them. They would be running Ford engines otherwise. |
I won't stoop to your level, you small block Fordy types.
Your motor has no horse power and your block is very heavy. I fart in your general direction you Fordy boat anchor drivers. |
Have you had enough or shall I taunt you some more, you wimpy small block ford types...

Yep, they did Craig......but
They are from Melbourne so can be expected  |
Of course us "Mexicans" are going to take the bait. We don't take no crap from you "Banana Benders".
:3DSMILE: Cheers |
Hey El President ( LS1 Club ) sounds like you need a little more LS1 muscle to help even the attempted beat up.
Looking forward to wakefield and hoping dem Benders might show up. |
I'm looking forward to seeing some LS1s do some Wimpy Windsor Butt Whuppin' at Wakefield. Hope to do some Windsor, Cleveland and 429-460 Whuppin' myself next year.
Cheers. |
With the spool in my car at the moment, and before any fine tuning of the suspension, my car doesn't handle the corners too well. Wakefield Park will be a worry.
Bring back the airport runway. No driving skill or suspension setup required - just horsepower. Yeah.... I like the runway idea ;) Garrett, don't get me wrong - I like your car. I can accept ANY motor in a Cobra provided that it's assisted by either turbos or a supercharger, but I have a problem with guys like Mike that dazzle us with their engineering abilities, but ultimately come up short in the mechanical department. Mike - it's been so long since I've seen/heard Monty Python. Thanks for the laugh! While we're swapping links, do yourself a favour...... http://www.capa.com.au/kits_holden.htm |

I dunno if I'm looking forward to it
Tell ya what tho Mike....I sure do wish the ford 5.4 ltr wasnt such a huge monster...what a cobra motor that would make. Gawdd!..what am I doin sayin that to some mexican LS1 owner. I know why u guys live down there... the air is so cold and wet ya get an extra 50 hp on ya LS1 dyno pulls :D Take care |

Your motor has no horse power and your block is very heavy. I fart in your general direction you Fordy boat anchor drivers. Mikie my good friend... My 'no horse power, heavy boat ancher' finished 11th over all at the Nats in 2001. 1st to 10th were full of big blocks and forced Ford small blocks. No Chevs! I noticed in an other thread you mentioned the cost of your new motor. Just your bare motor cost 2 1/2 times more than my whole drive line radiator to diff. You better be kickin' my arse when you get on the track boy. Our you'll be copping some shiit from me.:3DSMILE: "You don't frighten us, you Chevie pig-dogs! -- Go and boil your bottoms, sons of a silly person. I blow my nose at you, so-called Aussie Mike, you and all your silly LS1 knnnniggets. . . I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!" |
Ahhhh.... feel the love!!!! :3DSMILE:
|
Hey Mike. Just one more link. It's a 4.8meg file of an LS1 having a bit of a problem on the dyno.....

OUCH!!
I'll bet the person holding the camera has a few singed short and curlies.
Gotta feel for some one when that happens..looked and sounded expensive. Wonder what revs it was doin when it did blow %/ Have a good night you lot |
THIS IS GREAT
You guy's are the funiest thing i've heard in a long time
I hope you keep up the diatribe. I got more smiles and laughs this morning reading this than I can count. Who's Monty Python? Did'nt he run for U.S. president last time around? OH1 No that was Al gore, couldnt tell the diff! |

Too Funny, Who's taking the bait now?     Cheers |
Interesting video Craig, Did you notice the big Nitrous system? It hink they were winding it up and then hit the nitrous causing a big intake back fire. The fireball blew the Cold air intake apart but I'm not sure if there was a major engine blow up though. It would be interesting to find out what realy happened.
That Python site I got the sound clip from is a ripper. I spent ages poking around there the other day. Check it out... Monty Python Cheers |
Les, I agree on the 5.4. What an awesome Cobra engine that would be. By the width of one of those I doubt you would even squeeze one through the hood opening. You'd have to lift the body off or turn the motor sideways to get it in :D
As to LS1 dyno numbers in melbourne... You must have been reading some of the LS1 forums because it seems to be true! Cheers |
