The guys that built my engine had the Crane "Gold" race rockers fitted, but there was noticeable deflection in them under the load of my stiff valve springs.

Ended up with Crower Enduro Stainless rockers. From memory, they were about $100-USD more than the Cranes, which would put them at about $750- for the set.

I have read the roller rockers add from nothing to about 30hp. My personal feeling is that they add more HP if you are running a high lift cam but on a stock engine they will only add a couple of HP. They did help my motor with a traick flow cam. They do make the engine run cooler.

Oh yeah I was watching speed channel last night and they said Motor referrs to electric or steam power but if you are producing power with fuel then it is a engine. The dictionary confirmed this.
