Plastic Sleeving - Wiring
For you QLDers, where's the best place to get some plastic sleeving from for tidying up / protecting loose wires (in the wheel arch etc!).
All earthing problems fixed. Airflow meter on today. Final check, then pickup in the morning. Weekend should be on! |
Being new to this neck of the woods, I'm too sure, but I would be trying some of the marine electricians. The spec of their cable casements and wiring is designed to withstand water and salt. there are a ton of them down here. If you run into difficulties, drop me a line and I will scout some out.

Hiya Pete...Are you referring to that convoluted spilt plastic stuff?.

HI peter i have it by the 30 mtr roll in various sizes also if want the non split vinyl type i can get that too from the local auto elec.

Will pick some up next time I'm over. I get the car back lunchtime tomorrow. All earths fixed. Airflow meter working perfectly. Oxygen sensors full of fuel. Still working, but slow. Hopefully, a good run (Sunday) will fix them. Still OK for tomorrow say noon, but if no good no probs. Nice to get the car back running like a reliable Cobra. |
