Hole in my head

Today I have had the inlet & exhaust ports "sonic thickness tested"
The bottom of the port with the hole in it is 1.5mm thick, along with one other exhaust port the rest are 1.75,2.5 and 2.75mm.......is 1.5mm too thin to survive or will it be ok?
All the inlet ports are also 1.5mm thick.

That's an easy fix, I'm not sure the brand name, but there is a liquid metal you can use to fill in the hole,(JB weld would work). Fill the holes and everything will be fine. Was it ported?

There are a few products available that I've used in the past. Devcon make aluminium, steel and titanium putties to repair things like this.

My only concern is that this is an exhaust port and I'm not sure these putties are up to the temperatures in there. Have a talk to your local supplier and ask what they reccomend.

Here's the Devcon web page: Devcon

Cheers
