Smiths style gauges
 
Guys I have come across a guy in Sydney who sells "smith style gauges"
At a third the price.
The blokes name is Morrie and his company 's name is Classic instruments
95676700.
The gauges can been seen at www.classicinstruments.com
The range is called "hot rod"
I have brought the 7 piece set with all senders for $1024.00

However, when I asked my engineering co. they were quite definate that the speedo had to be in KPH

Also, a lot of the guage sets are mechanical and the senders become an issue with some engines.

These sets would be great if we could use older engine/trans combos but could present problems here.

I started out keen but ended up going locally for vanilla VDO stuff.
