Has anyone got a couple of stuffed 275 or 265 or 255 40 17" tyres they no longer want. I need a couple to sit the chariot on and don't need to put flat spots on new ones.

I've got some front tyres you can have. 235/45/17s and probably roadworthy too.
Cheers |
Thanks Mike, but I have already got front tyres. They where the easy bit.
All the Gino's up here with their clubsports' flog them out continually, so there was no shortage of those. The rears are the problem, I don't want to have to buy new ones to have them sit around for 12-18 months developing flatspots. Thanks again though Gav |
I still have a pair of 1970 vintage studded snow tires. Used them on my 70 Olds 442 which I bought new in 1970. Do you remeber those tires? Really chewed up the tar when there was no snow or ice. Outlawed about 1975 here in the USA. G70-14 bias ply white walls. Killer tires. Do burnout and get sparks! :D :D

Do not laugh, but I've used 4 space saving spare tires I got in a junk yard for cheap $$. Worked great!
|
Thanks for that.
I think? |
Snow tyres... Just what you'll be needing up in Mildura Gav. :3DSMILE:
Cheers |
