I'm in the market for wheels & found this pic of the ones I like. Does anyone know what brand these are??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Boyd Coddington "Smoothies"

I've got them on my wifes Jaguar.

Talk to Tony at AJ's Wheels (03) 9761 6969

Here is a photo of Ashley's Boyd Smoothie's. Wish he would polish them though, they look much more trick when polished. They are 17x8 & 17x9.5 on standard rim(stepped lip). These should also be available in reverse rim(fat lip).

Up here we have a stack of Cobra's with them fitted.

Great looking wheel. One of my all time favourites.

Just confirm pricing on different sizes. Ashley found that 17x9.5" was much, much cheaper than 17x10".

Wheelboyz are the distributors. http://www.wheelboyz.com.au

Found this website the other night when I couldn't sleep. It certainly filled in a lot of gaps for me re tyres and wheels and I reckon it could help many on the forum...

Not eit is an underscore between tyre and bible not a dash.

I tried wheelboyz when buying my wheels and to be honest they where not interested enough to even ring me back with a price.
AJ wheel centre however where great.

As above, WheelBoyz are the Distributor of quite of few of the US wheels including Boyd's. I only pointed to their website so that people knew which wheels were brought here by them.

For pricing on any of these wheels will have to approach a retailer.

These are the Wheels I am buying for my CR and I have been making a few enquiries.

there are two similar types, the ones on the Blue Cobra above are Smoothie I and have a thinner spoke, however are a standard rim and
come in 17 x 7 - 17 x 8 - 17 x 9.5 and 17 x 11

The ones I have chosen are the Smoothie 11 they have a thicker spoke and have a softer look to the rim, they come in 17 x 7 - 17 x 8 and 17 x10

Also try Tony at AJ's wheels ( 03 9761 6969 )

He is working me out a price on a set.

Cheers SNKBTE

Yeah, the soft lip versions are the ones I like. The centre/spokes will be longer, as the rim has been reversed, that's probably why spokes are a little fatter. I assume we are talking about the same thing.

Attached is photo of what I'm talking about with Smoothie II(soft lip). I'm also ordering soft lip wheels for my GT40. If I go cheap will order our local 3-piece wheels(Simmons/ROH), if I splurge will get some US billet wheels.
