If that was the case why would anyone suggest ROTATING their tyres to achieve even wear? It's a load of CRAP meant to prop up your local dealers.

They are round and black (well put) and may or may not be directional. In any case the way you mount them dictates their direction. Even a directional tyre can be mounted on the other side of the car, you just have to break it down and re mount them on either the outside or inside of the rim.
