Shock Eye Bush

I need to change the bushes in my shocks from being 5/8ths to a 7/16ths inner sleeve.
What the correct method for getting one of these out so I can replace it with a new bush?

Jaguar used a reducing sleeve in their shocks. It's just a free floating bush.

I'll measure mine up tomorrow.

Cheers
