Hey Boxhead they are that simple to assemble. It's getting the timing references right that can be the tricky part.

Didn't you play with mechano too as a kid?

Sorry, did I forget to say I started life as an auto machinist!

Oh thats just crap.

I used to work for Ford and all their engines get assembled with liberal amounts of bashing with a copper mallet.

I build my first motor when I was sixteen. A 1200 Vee Dub. The thing had open exhausts and did wheelstands ( it was a dune buggy ) I learned a lot about engines with that thing. . . .. ... . I wish I had it back. ha ha ha !
