Stephen...you don't need any kind of special gun at all, in fact, a 'low tech' cheap gun works fine, and if you clean it quickly and well afterwards, there are NO ill effects at all. After all, it is just 'goop' you are spraying and it doesn't need to be THAT accurate. I sprayed one coat over everything, and then kept spraying over firewall and engine compartment again until I used it all up.
