Carbon Fibre Facia
During these colder weeks I've been updating my facia etc with a sheet of carbon fibre provided by Scotty (thanks mate).
I had a 500 x 500mm sheet to play with so did round the radio first, then used some up in the boot. Final area was round the gear lever and am pleased with the result. Great stuff to play with once you get the habit of cutting it and comes up a treat with a few coats of clearcoat. That is not cheap work.
Carbon fibre is not cheap and if someone else installed it then that could have cost $2,000 to do. I know El Presidento's fibre work was not cheap. Now what next................? |
Pete, I think it might actually be that look-a-like stuff...elcheapo...relatively of course. Not the real deal like you guys are doing.
Notice is also goes around that boxy steering column shroud. Now that's impressive. |
