I think Merv's asking where the link to the video is? You haven't supplied a link to the video in your first post. :)
Maybe it mysteriously disappeared. :D

As someone who does not believe in ghosts, the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus (since last Christmas) or the Tooth Fairy, I have say that it's not real.

Empty blue plastic bag blowing around so close to the camera that it was out of focus or maybe it was Elvis.

I saw it on the news and it looked like something was snagged on the camera and was being whipped around by the wind until it was dislodged. Going to take more than that to make be think it's a ghost.

Clearly it is a white ghost dressed in its blue outfit. It's going to take a lot more than that to convince me it is a blue bag snagged on the camera and out of focus. ;)

It was a ghost , his name is Mat , but he has no legs and arms he lost them in a car crash about a year ago, the accident happened just outside the servo when he ran out of fuel,
apparently his car was chev powered very thirsty thing and his fuel gauge was faulty

Venamm is correct! Possibly a small piece of plastic or something in the wind.

The blue blob hung around for 30 minutes, so a plastic bag is unlikely. I am sure there is some kind of blue moth flying around, but I don't know? Then again it could be the glow off of Elvis's BLUE SUEDE SHOES?  **) **)
