Z4 as Latter day Cobra?
It would not surprise me to find that this comparison has been made before, but on the way to work today a Z4 coupe went by and from the side-rear view the comparison to the Daytona shape was remarkable - now that BMW is putting those curvey bits everywhere.
Looking at the specs it seems you can have the Roadster or a Coupe and according to the web site the 'M' models pull about 8,000rpm - normally aspirated (a bit old school). Some of the parallels are quite striking. Try a Z8 thats truly a Cobra contemporary....but much bigger bucks!
