BAD ASP Racing. Look out WAZZA

Hi all. Well Scotty and I worked off our Easter Egg bulge with some hard work in the BASASP Racing workshop!!! Progress thus far was sand and prep the internal body for laying some new glass and making the necessary body mods for accommodating the cage. The cage is in with Scotty finishing the side intrusion bars, seatbelt brackets, pedal box and steering column.

As you can see... We are taking safety very seriously. Stay tuned!

Hey, nothing wrong with Exo Cars. :D You had better not make that little RCR SL-R too fast, you don't want to set the bar too high for your Cobra.

Glad you are always thinking about safety first. :D

Scotty, mate the tyres look a little skinnier than I first thought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think TRACTION may be a problem!

the pic

thanks craig for linking the pic it was late and i couldnt work out how to do it.
I like symatrical cars so i have decided that the back brakes must be as big as the front brakes so its 330 all round with 4 spot brembos to go with.
should be able to stop it now so i guess i need more hp to test out the brakes . i think 22 psi should get the numbers i am after.500 plus at the tyres.

With the sort of power you guys will have, it will be like driving on ice at the best of times. Traction WILL be a problem regardless of tyres. :D

G'day Matt,
Don't mean to hijack this thread, but when you get a chance can you shoot me a quick email. I lost your address along with others when my computer crashed last month.

By the way I like the pics, things look like they are moving along nicely.

Cheers-
Layne
