I admit I got a laugh out of this thread, but in the wider internet world it is known as "trolling". It's basically an attempt to get a knee jerk reaction just for kicks and believe it or not, a lot of forums will reprimand you for it.
I'm not trying to be a wowser, because this is one of the better (un-)moderated forums I belong to and it has a really good community behind it. But just so you know, it's considered a bit anti-social to start these threads - hence the anger from abroad! Me, personally, I like a bit of mischief. :) |
