dual quads or webers

Well I have now got some extra funds and seems i need a new carby
am trying to choose between a dual quad or a set of webers.
I love the look of the webers but also likethe dual quads i spotted a set of dual quads on this site 2 x 465 holleys with manifold to suit.

has anybody got any input?
I have had webers before and loved them but have never had dual 4 bbls

If you get the Edelbrock manifold it is set up for the Edelbrock carbies and if you want to run a Holley you will need an adapter and that will add about 1/2" to the overall height

My only input is go with the webbers, they make a jellyfish go hard :)

Trev,

A complete new set up of down draft webbers with 351 manifold went on ebay a couple of weeks ago for $1,900.

Found these http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Quad-Weber-ID...QQcmdZViewItem

Also search for Delorto, I have used Delorto's and they were great.

I do have a nice set of Webers (48 IDA's) for the small block for sale, they are high end in that they are new, polished and chromed but, like the set-up on the Cammer Cobra, get one's attention when the hood is opened:

Beautiful Al !!!
Almost makes me want a small block. If if were a BB set up, that's my dream.
Maybe a little.... anodizing. The chrome looks great.

I need some info on a dual carb set up that will fit under the hood of a Unique motorcar Cobra, I would also prefer two individual filters...appreciate it!
