Help need some 7 mm Stamps for my VIN
 
Hi,

Anyone in Melbourne have a set of 7mm (or larger) stamps I could borrow to stamp on my VIN no.

I was out today and went to multiple places to try and purchase a set and all they had was 6mm versions.

My VicRoads Rego Appointment is on Wed 4th Feb so I'm in a bit of a rush.

The last thing before rego is proving to be the hardset to solve.:(

Gregg, You will probably find the chassis is too hard to stamp and stamp correctly.
I know others have stamped a piece of steel then welded this to the chassis X frame behind the radiator on there CR's.
I also think most have gotten this done by engravers, so if there is a trophy or key store near you then this might be an option?

I hadnt thought of that. Yes there is an engraver near me.

Man its hot in Melb - we have a "low" of 37 today after 3 x 45s - now I know why you put an aircon in your shed in Alice. I was just out Looking at my Cobra and was sweating.
