Nobby

Great to hear that you have found someone who can do static cling.

Can you let me know how they go?.

I need some sign work done for the GT40 with company logos etc. I have found it hard to find a signwriter that has static cling in stock.

No problems Bernie, I'll let you know. The stuff he showed me has a very light non permanant adhesive which can be reused and doesn't leave any residue. He tells me this is what they call static cling:confused: so i'm trusting him. So far he has been very accommodating,found all the logos for me,showed me what it will look like and he claims he can do any logos in any colour you like. Each sheet of material costs $11 printed and one sheet should fit goodyear, autolite, esso, pure and extinguisher symbol without any trouble so i figure i have nothing to lose trying them. Will keep you posted.....

May be he'll pipe in and let you know where he got them from.

No air bubbles, no stroing flat - best solution I think

Odd thing?

Hey there everyone, I ordered a vintage decal kit from Finishline and it has arrived earlier than expected.
With the car show on this weekend I figured I may aswell fit them up.
I did not order any rondells or numbers as a mate in town will make them for me.
Now for the odd bit.
The sticker kit in the first line of this thread shows the Rondells as 18" in diameter, and in the side on image you can see that it buts against the door opening and has a gap to the side vents, well my side vent to door is about 18 1/4 inches, is my vent in the wrong spot?

I am getting the Rondells made at 430mm, I think they will be a beter fit on the stripes and fit inside the front guard gap beter.

So how much room is between your vent opening and door opening?

I will post some pics Saturday evening (time permitting) as I will also be busy getting ready to go bush for the week.

Not magnetic mate, but static cling!

There is only one place to get them from in my opinion;

Fast service and cut to the size you want and whatever else you want he can make.
