What is it?

On the right hand side of each post there is a + sign in a green box and a - sign in a red box with Not Ranked next to it.
What does it all mean? :o

Regards.

No idea but clicked the + button which greyed out both buttons and then said Neutral and with the pointer on them says "You voted up".

I'm sure a Moderator God might explain some day.

That is a new ranking system that Brent installed to rank posts by their importance or how well they help. The + is good and the - is not so good. When you pass a certain threshold number of + or - they it will show a ranking. To find ranked posts and how many have been voted on go to the Quick Links and at the very bottom of that drop down menu is a list of posts that have been voted on and how many + and - votes each has. The grayed out ones mean that you have already voted one way or another on that post. Just point your mouse pointer at it and it will tell you which way you voted.
