Misc B&B parts

Well I am down to the final assembly. I purchased the car 1.5 years ago from the original owner who did about 75% of the work. So now I have a reason to go through the boxes that came with the car. Every project I started this weekend I was unable to finish due to missing parts, so I must be missing a box. I have not been able to contact the owner.
For example I only have one louver :>(

So the next thing I tried was the headlights. I get the buckets in but I do not have the ring that holds the headlight in. Does anyone know what the buckets are from or where I can get some?
Are those pieces the final trim or am I missing a beauty ring as well?

Thanks for any help, I am sure I will have more to add to this thread.

Jim,

You'll find that most Cobra parts are from the same manufacturer and will interchange between brands except for a few. Your B&B should use a lot of the same parts that the others use.

I think there is just a trim ring that covers the ugly stuff when you mount the headlight into the body. I can see if I can just get the ring.

I probably have the parts you need if you have the type where the retaining ring has the 3 tabs right int the ring, not the seperate cheesy clips. The chrome outer trim ring is 8.5" and screws into a metal tab on the bucket, not a plastic one. Let me know if I can help. Dan

Jim,

I got side tracked at the tax accountants office last night and forgot. I will try to remember to get it for you tonight.

Most of those type parts are generic and can be sourced through places like Finishline Accessories, Cobra Restorers, etc.
