bullet driver side mirror

I do not know if it came from B&B, but I have a bullet style mirrir monted on the driver side front fender just in front of the door, but I can not get it to adjust and see anything other than the ground right next to me. Is there some trick I am missing?

Thanks, Jim

Try to loosen the back screw holding the assembly together. After it is aimed, go to a Pep Boys or Grand Auto etc. and buy a convex mirror that will attach to your flat face mirror with double sided tape. Mine's a perfect fit and you can see cars in your blind spot easily.

I can't figure out how it is buggered up. Post a picture.

I had the same problem. When I finally got it to adjust, all I could see was the rear fender staring back at me. I relocated mine to the windshield and it is MUCH better.

Randy at Cobra Valley sells a mirror insert. I took the front nylon insert ring out pressed the insert mirror over the top of the original. Re-installed the nylon ring and it works great... Be careful, objects are a lot closer than they appear...
