Coolant Overflow
What have you guys with B&Bs done for a coolant overflow? Do you like what you have? I have a 302 with the alternator on the right side. I have looked at the Summit canister one that's about 3x8 but am not sure of the mounting. I also have the plastic one that B&B sells. Any suggestions?

I have the polished alloy one that's about 2" in Dia. and 8" - 10" long. You see them on street rods most often. It has a theaded cap with a nylon washer. Mine is mounted to the firewall on the passenger side.
I never have to add coolant so it must be working. Roger |
So Roger, you must have run the tube along the fender liner and then up under the edge of the body to get to the firewall?

Sorry, Haven't been on for a while. The recovery line runs across the frame behind the the rack and along the frame to the firewall.
