I am still waiting for my car but under the advice of Alan Paxton (very good to deal with) at Compomotive I have ordered my rims. I have a 8" wide rim for the front and 10.5 for the rear with Michelin Pilot Sport tires 275.45.17 Front and 275.40.17 rear . Will see if it fits at the end of the month........

ok, ok, i have lost my mind I have given you the wrong sizes, sorry I was working off my memory or lack there of. I will double check when I get home and repost.........

For my 8.8 Lincoln rear, I went with Compomotove 15"-9" wide rims with 7.5" back spacing. For the 295/50-15 tire, you can go with 8" or 8.5" back spacing if you need to tuck the tire in the wheel well. I am lucky, my tires have never rubbed.

I wish I had just had Bryan narrow the rear end, when I ordered the wheels from Alan he guaranteed they would fit without rubbing, I am sure he would redo them but then I have to ship them back, be without wheels and so on

I'm running 245/45-17's in the front and 285/40-17's in the rear with Yokohama AVS Sport tires all around.
