Simpson Harness Mounts

I have the fiberglass off for about the 5th time. Decided to go in that way to put the drive shaft in (am glad I did, was sweating and swearing enough from above the car - POR 15 does a number on threads). I also needed to get access to mount my ground. I was wondering, since I have the fiberglass off, would it be in my interest to purchase my Simpson belts and mount them now? There are three slots in my fiberglass that look like they are for the belts. One of my concerns is, one of the slots is where the fuel lines run, isnt there a risk of rubbing there? Maybe I am wrong and these are not the mounts.

Also, how did you guys mount your harnesses? Did you simply tap a bolt, or did you bolt clear through the member?

Thanks alot,
Tom
