BB Motor Mounts

I am in need of help. I am trying to locate a set of motor mounts for a '68 Ford BB 390 with very little success. Its the part that is mounted to the engine not the one on the frame (I have that one, but am will to change it). The mount that is currently on the frame has a 1/2" bolt hole and the tube for the bolt is 3 9/16" long. The motor has four bolt holes per side of which I understand now that only three are used. I called Energery Suspension and they do not make them for a BB Ford, Anchor only makes the origional rubber kind, and Moroso doesn't have BB Ford either. The folks at both NAPA stores tried but they only had origional types and nothing that came close to what might mount on my frame. I have looked in Jegs, PAW, Summitt, and even some old F-100 pickup truck catalogs. At this point I will go solid, rubber, plastic, poly, or even duct tape if it will hold. I am just about to go to the Walmart parking lot and look for a car parked way out and .....

Any help or suggestions would be great.
Thanks,
Chris Adler

Motor mounts.

Can they be used? Call Turnpike Salvage in Tulsa at 918-466-6677. Also, call Wright Way @ 918-836-5166 (this guy only works 10-3 CST). His yard is mostly vehicles from the 50's through the 80's. He is also very independent!

I have a friend here in Tulsa that made his own rigid steel mounts.
