If you have the 17 digit VIN plate, the last three #'s is what you are looking for.

I got my car from a guy who bought it as a turn key- it was registered in NY in 1997 as a 97 shelby. He had 2 both local the story was he was going to become a dealer for B&B then he got sick and sold both cars. How true that is I dont know I just know what he told me. He did tell me I had one of the first one's so I guess that part is true.
the time frame sounds about right.

I got mine in the fall of 2000. Number 112

Hey Guys,

Anyone know if the same goes for the LA Exotics on the VIN? Mine is supposedly a 1994 turnkey - I purchased used in 2000. VIN indicates #60 if they numbered the same in those days.

Blake, you got a BX #. Did you go through Titles Unlimited? That's the difference between the 2 different sets of numbers.
