Width on narrowed rear end
Iam thinking of narrowing my 8.8, I need to know how much
to take off each side.

I would very much like to know this as well as the 8.8 is too wide when you use low profile tires.....

I believe you may want to measure things with your wheels on under the body to determine where you want them to sit. Some of the bodies differ by mfg and the wheel wells make a difference. The 8.8 with 10" wheels and 4" bs fit perfectly on my particular body. You should measure so that it fits your style and appears the way that you want it to! For what it's worth!!!

I think B&B will tell you that you can take 1.75" off each side of your 8.8" Rear end. You will need some special brackets for the e-brake cable that they sell.
