Routing fuel filler

Any one have pictures of the fuel filler neck install? I have the a pipe with a single bend in it, the pipe that came with the fuel tank, and a 4" peice of rubber, and a short peice that goes inside of the lemans cap. I cannot figure out how to align these to fit.

Hi,

I posted a few pictures to my gallery. It was not cooperating very well so there may be a few duplicates. There should be about 3-4 different pictures in total. If you have any trouble viewing the pics let me know and I can e-mail them to you.

Lucky for you I have not finished my trunk yet!

I hope the Pics help. FYI- I did have to trim the metal filler neck a bit.

Fuel Filler

OhBuoy,

I had to cut about 2" from the filler cap end of the pipe. Then cut the rubber hose in half. See Attached Pic.

Thanks for the help everyone. Ron at B&B talked me through it on the phone on Monday. The key is cutting off the end of the peice that goes to the tank. Once that was done, it all made sense.

Now, any suggestions on laying out the carpet panels?

Tom
