Front Sway Bar

I wanted to install a front sway bar and tried several junk yard take off's but did not like the look or fit. Made (6) tries with mock-ups using conduit before I came up with this design. Could not figure out how to load a photo so the pics are in my gallery. Used 1" 4140 chrome moly bar stock and bent to shape in a 20 ton hydraulic bender. Drilled and threaded the ends for attachment. Had the bar heat treated at local custom spring shop. Mounted to the bottom of the front cross member. Only 4 holes to drill. Removed the B&B cap screw lower shock mount and replaced with a longer grade 8 bolts. Only fit issues was to cut down the Heim ends to maintain ground clearance. Total cost under $100.
