Steering wheel question
I have seen steering wheels for sale with varying amounts of dish. The ones I've seen go from 1-1/2" to almost 5" of dish. How much is too little dish, how much is too much and what seems to be just right for a B&B with an average size person driving? Thanks...

It's a matter of taste I suppose but I got the 14inch 9 screw wheel from Finish line. MK 3 9. I like it. Too bad you cannot see it in this picture. I haven't yet figured out how to post a larger picture.

Steering Wheel Dish
I would suggest that you cut the dash and fully mount the steering column. Include the u-joints and make sure the everything turns with no interference. Then drop on the body. You want to make sure you have enough clearance between the wheel, your hands, and the cowl on the body. There can be up to 1-1/2" of variation. Test fit a few wheels (or cardboard mockups) until you find what feels best.
