I bought a car from B&B about a year ago. I've talked to Bryan 3 or 4 times since the beginning of the year and he continues to be responsive to my questions. They are working on a number of new projects and still very active. Check out Clois' posts about the HCS project, for example.

Keep up the good work, Bryan.
No drama at B&B.
How is Clois' car coming?
Any pictures to share?

I just heard from them and all is well. I guess they're busy with a new project. So many of our high performance shops have closed and some of the cobra manufacturers so we're in panic mode right now. Hope everyone can stay afloat and weather this economic storm.;)

I was at B&B this past week and Bryan was prepping three cars to go this Monday plus he was spending as much time on the Coupe as he could and keep the other customers happy. B&B is alive and well and will soon be unveiling their Coupe.
As far as the HCS Coupe we are getting closer every day. In fact B&B will have a couple of them at the Carlisle show in a few weeks. No pictures until after the show.

hey clois, how did your dyno run go?

As far as the Dyno I was a little dissappointed but the numbers are what they are. Average HP was just under 500 and the torque was an impressive 520 from about 3800.
I built a solid engine with hyd roller cam and lifters with the Scorpion 1.7 roller rockers. Eagle rotating assembly with H beam rods and forged pistons all zero balanced. I think if I had gone with the ARP or Edelbrock Heads instead of the Pro Comp I could have seen an additional 70 hp (according to my machinist Stanley Morton). The Pro Comp heads just don't breath as well as the ARP or Edelbrock and if I had gone with a solid cam that would have helped too. The fact is that I dyno'd my engine with the alternator and water pump which pulls the hp down between 20 and 40 hp. But with all that said I think I can do what needs to be done one the track if the driver can grow some bigger stones going into some of those corners at over 100 mph! :)

Have you checked under "larger 'nads" on the Summit Racing site:LOL:?

Every year I go out for the first time the corners look sharper and the walls seem closer. By the way I did try and order a larger set of nads from summit but they wanted a core charge up front...being the skeptic I am I was afraid my return shipment might get lost in the mail or delivered to some person that wouldn't know what to do with them. There I would be looking like rover returning from the vet trying to figure out what was missing...It's hard to lick something that isn't there.
Oh well enough of that...B&B is just fine and they seem to be holding their own very well in this economic downturn. I guess if you provide a good quality product you dont' have to make many excuses.
