Headers getting colored/ darker
What can i use to bring them back? I have tried Billet polish...
|
I assume,..... their ceramic coated ?
If so, not much if most of it has burnt off. It also depends on the quality of ceramic, the painters skills of laying it down, the tumbler and hand polishing. I had mine re-coated from this business. They are beautiful and Speedway Motors in Lincoln Ne. has these guys do most of their work on headers ect. Tell them Kevin with the blue cobra sent you. They love Cobras. :D http://www.moorepower.com/ |
Headers or sidepipes? If it's the stainless pipes you are talking about, try the Mothers Powerball. It helped mine.
|
He said headers in the title.
I agree, I use all Mothers products because they work great, & love the power balls. |
Go to any harley-davidson shop they have the best header polish around. If mothers billet polish isn't doing the trick w/the power ball.
