Seat Belts

So I cleaned out the trunk this weekend and I happened to see the webbing on the seat belts were they pass through the bulkhead thru the oem bezels is getting abrasions from the holes or oem bezels.

Seems the angle from which the seat belts attach does not allow them to pass thru the holes square and the oem bezels are somewhat sharp.

Has anyone else noticed this? I think I will be looking into the finishline bezels with a machined radius edge.

Why cant you just take your bezels and radius them yourself. You can take it to a local machine shop and have it done if you cant. Probably cheaper than buying new and possibly having to drill/make new mounting points.

Or maybe not. Just a thought.

It might be a possibility I would have to look if it can be done effectively. The Oem's are only roughly 3/16 thick, another thought would be to take them out and put some rubber trim on them.

An actual fix would be some type of harness bar across the two mounting points in the back allowing the angle to be straight on.
