Anyone Know something on this BDR
 
I am very close to purchasing BDR# 62 and was wondering if anyone knew anything on this BDR. I have a stat sheet on the 302 400hp Ford Racing motor that was put in the BDR by Rolling Thunder Race & Engineering in Boca Raton, Florida, but they seemed to be out of business or moved. I am planning on flying down after x-mas to look at it but any info beforehand would be appreciated. Thanks, Snowgoer

I don't know anything about #62 but I have #68 and the motor was originally built by Specialty Machining.. I'm not so sure they were so Special....

Rolling Thunder
 
Snowgoer, I have BDR 88 and a friend of mine had a BDR from Rolling Thunder. The two cars were identical from what I remember. I think his car was a 60s numbered car also. He sold his several years ago to a guy in Cal. His came with a 302, was blue with white stripes. It's still a BDR. I'm thinking of selling mine. Email me and I'll send you some info and pictures
